Barista:

Experience Required: Previous coffee-making experience is essential.
Must be able to physically tamp and work independently on a coffee machine.
Hours: 15 - 20 hours a week. 2 - 3 days per week.
Schedule: Predominately weekdays with occasional weekend work.
Shifts: Early starts with early finishes.
Pay: Above award rates for the right candidate.
Skills: Must be able to open and close shifts independently.
